                               RESOLUTION NO. 21304
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO 
                  CONTRACT WITH CESSNA DECOSIMO TO PRODUCE
                  BUST(S) OF THE LATE CHIEF RALPH H. COTHRAN AT
                  A COST NOT TO EXCEED NINE THOUSAND, FIVE
                  HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($9,500.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to contract with Cessna DeCosimo to produce two (2) bust(s) of 
the
       late Chief of Police, Ralph H. Cothran, at a cost not to exceed
       Nine Thousand, Five Hundred ($9,500.00) Dollars.
